intu Bromley is located in the heart of Bromley town centre and is easy to get to however you intend to travel.

Car parking

All car parks remain open for 45 minutes after centre closing times.

Car park opening hours:

Monday-Wednesday 07.30 am - 6.45pm
Thursday 07.30 am -9.45pm
Friday 07.30 am -6.45pm
Saturday 07:30 am - 6.45pm
Sunday 09:00am – 5.45pm

Car Park rate is £1 per hour, payment methods are cash and credit card only. 6+hours is a standard charge of £10.

LOST TICKETS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE FULL DAILY RATE OF £10

Please note that the Pavilion car park (situated in the entrance from Kentish Way on the left hand side) is open from 6am to Midnight Monday to Sunday.

Disabled facilities

The intu Bromley Shopmobility service is designed to make shopping easier for anyone with mobility problems - whether you're registered disabled or just temporarily out of action, their friendly team will offer you a warm welcome. You can hire wheelchairs and electric scooters directly from Shopmobility on Car Park Level 1 or from a Customer Service Desk. We are pleased to inform customers that we have now purchased new wheelchairs of better quality to suit the needs of our clients. Customers who wish to hire a wheelchair within intu Bromley will need to provide 2 forms of ID (a passport or photo driving licence and a utility bill) plus a £20 deposit. Wheelchairs are hired at a rate of £3 for 4 hours or less and £5 for over 4 hours. Please note that time restrictions apply.

The intu Bromley Gift Card works in the same way as other MasterCard and can be used at participating retailers that accept MasterCard. You can deposit up to £1,000 on a single card and it can be used as many times as you like until the balance has been exhausted.

At intu Bromley we do everything we can to help your shopping day go without a hitch, but we pride ourselves on the high level of Customer Services we have to offer.

Information Points

If you have any queries or problems whilst visiting the centre, please call in at our Customer Service Desk on the upper mall opposite Hobbs or our Customer Service Desk on the lower mall by Debenhams, where staff are happy to help. Illuminated directory boards are also positioned throughout the centre to help find your favourite stores.

Our helpful, friendly staff are on-hand throughout the main Centre trading hours for directions, information about intu Bromley, future activities, as well as a knowledge hub for general enquiries and the sale of intu Bromley Gift Cards.

Don’t forget - our trained security staff are always in attendance and are happy to give you assistance.
